Subject: "Incorrect" information in story

Dear Sirs, and Ms. Murphy:

In Ms. Murphy's story of January 10th, 2002, entitled, "Judge rules Ohio's concealed weapons law is unconstitutional", Ms. Murphy incorrectly states, "Ohio's constitution reads 'people have the fundamental right to bear arms, however, this right is not absolute.'"

While I'm sure Ms. Murphy (undoubtedly an ethical journalist of the highest caliber) THINKS this is is a correct quote, the Ohio Constitution actually reads,

"The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be kept up; and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power."

I'm sure I am not the first person to bring this error to your attention, yet the story remains, posted in it's original form, on your website. Perhaps you should correct this, and issue a retraction on your next news broadcast--or are you simply pursuing an agenda, where the truth is counter to your goal and thus easily ignored?
