Its all polite and delivered with a common voice of concern, but Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee making opening statements clearly aimed at casting doubt on her ability to make rulings on abortion, health care and gun rights due to her Catholicism and conservatism are signaling their strong opposition to confirming Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court. |

It took a few years for me to completely settle on the gear that I use for 3 Gun. We went through different guns, magazine holders, holsters, magazines, and range bags. All of that went towards finding a comfortable, practical set up so that I could establish confidence in my guns and gear when competing. Now I dont have to worry about the little things and can focus more on stage planning, practicing, and having fun! |

Glock pistols have a legendary reputation for both reliability and durability. This makes them very well-suited for a wide variety of tasks ranging from casual plinking and competition shooting to law enforcement and military use. Because of these attributes, the black polymer pistol quickly became one of the most prolific handguns in both America and abroad. |

Gun control advocates know that Montanans cherish their right to keep and bear arms. Thats why this election season, out-of-state anti-gun interests are working to deceive rather than win over Montana voters. Case in point is the deceptive messaging of the gun control supporters opposed to pro-Second Amendment ballot measure LR-130. Reflecting the states overwhelming respect for the Second Amendment, Montanas gun laws generally respect gun ownership and the Right-to-Carry for self-defense. |

As the contentious confirmation hearings begin for Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett, anti-gun groups are voicing concerns she will endanger so-called gun safety laws and headlines in various publications perpetuate what is essentially a myth about restrictive gun control, while a George Mason University professor has just published a lengthy Liberty & Law Research Paper supporting the notion of individual gun rights and the necessity of the Second Amendment. |

New data on background checks and concealed carry permit holders shows that the exercise of 2nd Amendment rights may just be the one constant in 2020. New data was released and records were set. This isnt dj vu; its a trend. The FBI released NICS background check data for September, which saw the fewest checks since February but still set the record for the most checks ever for the month of September. Oh, and also enough to break the annual record for NICS checks with a quarter of the year remaining. The FBI has now processed 28,826,449 total NICS checks so far in 2020, which bests the previous record by 456,699. The previous record was set last year. |

I have had the pleasure and enjoyment of using and owning Henry Firearms for several years now. I have written about them, their quality made-in-the-USA lever guns, and other Henry products for quite some time. Some folks may not be aware of a program that Henry Repeating Arms has initiated and long supported named Guns For Great Causes. The program has been around since at least 2006, and has raised millions of dollars for Great Causes. In a recent posting, Henry Repeating Arms again supports a wonderful cause. I will let the press release speak for itself.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
"Let us contemplate our forefathers, and posterity, and resolve to maintain the rights bequeathed to us from the former, for the sake of the latter. The necessity of the times, more than ever, calls for our utmost circumspection, deliberation, fortitude, and perseverance. Let us remember that `if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom.' It is a very serious consideration...that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers of the event." --Samuel Adams, speech in Boston, 1771 |
