Lies Hillary Told About Me

I listened to Hillary Clinton. Im not a politician, maybe that is why I can tell the truth from a lie. Hillary lied about me. If Clinton would lie about me, what would she say about you?

You see, I am an ordinary gun owner. Hillary said that the government has the right to have guns, but ordinary citizens dont.

Hillary said that we would be safer if we had to seek government permission for me to let a boy scout or girl scout touch my firearms. Im sorry, but Hillary lied again.

Hillary said that in order to keep our communities safe, we need honest gun owners to stop giving guns to criminals.

Im tired of being blamed for her failures. If Hillary only spoke the truth, then she might not have anything to say.

Michigan Democrats have introduced a package of bills meant to reduce gun violence including one targeting assault weapons, according to a news release from the lawmakers.

State Representative Robert Wittenberg, D-Oak Park, and other caucus members, introduced the gun legislation Wednesday, Oct. 19.

The bill to prohibit and provide penalties for the manufacturing, purchasing, possessing, selling and transferring assault weapons was sponsored by Rep. Wittenberg and Rep. Jim Townsend, D-Royal Oak.

"The right to have a firearm is fundamental in our country, but that doesn't mean we should have to accept unnecessary injuries and deaths because of them," Wittenberg said.

She is claiming that she is going to push for gun control on the first day. Executive action supposedly if congress wont act. We have been hearing this for some time. Are we really screwed?

Fact Check: Hillary Completely WRONG On Heller Second Amendment Ruling

What the District of Columbia was trying to do was protect toddlers from guns, Clinton said. They wanted people with guns to safely store them, and the court didnt accept that reasonable regulation, but theyve accepted many other, and I see no conflict between saving peoples lives and defending the Second Amendment.

Her account of the issues in the case, and the narrative which she crafts about gun control for her campaign, was fundamentally wrong.

The District of Columbia passed legislation forbidding citizens to register handguns as lawfully owned firearms, and rendered carrying an unregistered firearm a criminal act.

HILLARY CLINTON: I disagreed with the way the court applied the Second Amendment in the District of Columbia vs. Heller decision in 2008. I was upset because unfortunately dozens of toddlers injure themselves and even kill people with guns But theres no doubt I respect the Second Amendment, that I believe theres an individual right to bear arms.

THE FACTS: While Clinton emphasized the protection of children from gun accidents, the main holding in that case was far broader: that individuals have a right to own guns, at least in their homes and for self-defense. The case marked the first time the court said that individuals have a Second Amendment right to own a gun.

If youre traveling to Tennessee from Arizona and for some incomprehensible reason have taken a detour through South Dakota, youll still possess the right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures by South Dakotan state trooper. Thanks to the incorporative powers of the Fourteenth Amendment, the Bill of Rights is not merely a national-level package but an inter- and intrastate one as well.

There is precisely one right from the Bill of Rights that is not guaranteed for interstate travelers: the right to keep and bear arms.

Ed.: Wrong. McDonald specifically incorporated the 2A as against the states via the 14A.

Not content to meddle in New Hampshires U.S. Senate race, billionaire bully and gun control nut Michael Bloomberg is now shopping for a state Senate seat.

Bloomberg has spent millions trashing Republican U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte since 2013 for her refusal to buckle to his anti-gun agenda. One of his puppet organizations, Everytown for Gun Safety, is now dropping nearly $100,000 in an attempt to defeat another strong Second Amendment supporter, Nashua Republican state Sen. Kevin Avard.

In Waterboro, Maine, a mother woke up to see a man in her house shining a flashlight in her face early on a Tuesday morning.

She was sleeping, and her 6-year-old daughter was in bed with her when she woke up to a flashlight in her face at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday. Her 5-year-old son had been sleeping on the couch.

After she got her weapon, the woman told the intruder she had a gun and she wasnt afraid to use it. She was able to initially talk the man into going outside. The woman then recognized him as a 35 year old neighbor.

Though this step is standard before public hearings and voting, debate is already growing across not only in Philipstown but Putnam County as a whole in response to the proposal.

Over the last couple of years, Ruger has done just about everything right with its LCR family of revolvers, and the level of excellence and practical thinking continues with the companys latest pocket rocket chambered in .327 Fed. Mag. This newest hammerless snubby sports the standard 1 7⁄8-inch barrel and weighs 17 ounces. The weight gain of 3.5 ounces over the LCR chambered in .38 Spl. results from using a stainless steel frame rather than the aluminum-alloy frame of the .38 Spl, but the fluted cylinder helps keep weight to a minimum. For those who may not know, the .327 Fed. Mag. operates at pressures around 45,000 psi as opposed to 17,000 to 20,000 psi of the .38 Spl.

The standard seems to be that the officer can shoot if the subject might be armed and might fire at the officer. Self-defense normally requires a reasonable belief that the use of defensive force is necessary, not that it might be necessary. I would submit that ordinarily, under these circumstances, an officer is justified in drawing his gun but not firing it, at least until the officer actually sees a gun that reasonably appears likely to be fired.

Almost anyone might be armed and might be about to attack, but without objective observations, use of force, especially deadly force, cannot be justified.

Hot on the heels of our story from yesterday about so-called smart guns comes the announcement from German company Armatix that it is planning to follow up its failed iP1 .22-caliber pistol with a new model in 9 mm.

According to a report at Computerworld.com, Armatix says it will launch its new iP9 9 mm semi-automatic pistol in mid-2017, although it is unclear whether a prototype even exists at this point.

Armatix CEO and President Wolfgang Tweraser told Computerworld that he is in the process of establishing sales staff in several states, beginning with Florida, where his U.S. operation is based. The gun will be manufactured exclusively in Germany.

Brandon Allen Thompson, 31, was charged last week in Pembina County District Court with a Class A felony attempted murder charge, Class C felony counts of aggravated assault and terrorizing, and a Class A misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment after investigators said he opened fire on Edward Kennelly while he was visiting Thompsons wife, Lora.

Federal law prohibits felons, domestic abusers and the profoundly mentally ill from purchasing guns from licensed dealers. But right now anyone in Maine who fails a background check at a gun store can simply walk out and purchase a gun in Maines private gun market instead with no background check, no questions asked.

Question 3 on Novembers ballot will close this dangerous loophole by expanding background checks to include all gun sales and transfers.

Montana's attorney general will issue a legal opinion on a Missoula ordinance requiring background checks for private gun sales.

The Montana Department of Justice received a formal request for an opinion on the measure from Austin Knudsen, the Speaker of the Montana House of Representatives, department spokesman John Barnes told the Missoulian.

The Missoula ordinance takes effect in late October and will require the background checks for most private gun sales or trades. The rule makes some exceptions for family transfers, hunting and emergency self-defense.

Attorney General Tim Fox has three months to issue his legal opinion. It will have the force of law unless overruled by a state district court or the Montana Supreme Court.

SAFE I, which regulates the use of firearms within the bounds of the Second Amendment, was enacted after the federal court struck down the CNMIs handgun ban in March.

Last month, the federal court struck down the $1,000 excise tax imposed by the law on handguns, among other provisions.

According to SAFE II, there is a need to enact new provisions for the registration of firearm owners and individual firearms in order to keep firearms out of the hands of individuals such as felons, drug addicts, sexual predators and perpetrators of domestic violence.

Follow-up on my recent Common AR Rifle Handling Errors comments from a Friend and Colleague:

Fifteen years ago, when we had ten ARs in a Class, at least half would be dead-lined by the middle of the first day!

No longer the case!

Modern ARs, from any quality manufacturer (STS, BCM, LaRue, Doublestar, DSA, S&W, Anderson, Warrior Arms, Daniel Defense, SIG, LWRC, POF, RRA, LMT, Robar, M4 Precision, et al), are going to run fine. Over the past few decades, modern machining and manufacturing, D-rings, and advances in lubricants, materials, and coatings have adequately addressed most major Stoner-system issues.

Donald Trump said that a Hillary Clinton presidency would lead to a reduction of the Second Amendment.

"We need a Supreme Court that, in my opinion, is going to uphold the Second Amendment and all amendments but the Second Amendment, which is under absolute siege," he said at the final debate at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas on Wednesday.

The New York billionaire said it's "imperative" that the United States appoints the "right justices." Trump said he would appoint a Supreme Court justice that would be pro-life, have a conservative bent and would protect the Second Amendment.

Every woman has the right to defend herself with a gun, if she chooses, says Kristi McMains, speaking directly to the camera in a recent campaign ad. Hillary Clinton disagrees with that. Dont let politicians take away your right to own a gun.

The 26-year-old Indiana woman is the star of a spot paid for by the nations largest gun lobby, the National Rifle Association. She describes how she fended off an attacker with the aid of a pistol.

Aware that women voters will play a pivotal role in the 2016 presidential election, the NRA has been targeting them with a deluge of political ads critical of Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

Gun owners in the city may have to lock up their firearms when theyre not at home under a proposal a City Council committee considered Wednesday that the police chief said could be enacted by next winter.

City Councilmen Ash Kalra and Raul Peralez had proposed that rule believed to be a first of its kind for a big city as part of a gun violence prevention ordinance in San Jose. State law requires gun owners to keep firearms locked up if they have children in the house.

Gov. Johnson has also always been a consistently strong supporter of Second Amendment rights, whereas Hillary Clinton wants more gun control and Donald Trump favors confiscating guns from legal owners if they are minorities living in crime-prone areas.

He and Hillary Clinton agree that it is fine to violate due process in the interest of restricting gun ownership.

On Nov. 8, New Hampshire voters should cast a vote they can feel good about and send a message: Support Gov. Johnson, and tell the elites never again.

Tomorrow, the New Jersey Senate will vote on a couple of bills that once again attack the states law-abiding gun owners while ignoring the states violent crime problem.

Earlier this year, Governor Chris Christie took the bold and unprecedented step in New Jersey to expand the justifiable need standard to make it easier for law-abiding citizens to obtain a concealed carry permit. This incremental improvement would expand the states standard to include more general serious threats, rather than the states current standard which is almost impossible to meet.
