The XPB series is a line of ammo created and distributed by Barnes Bullets (well known among reloaders), an ammunition manufacturer based in Utah. These bullets are only used in large caliber handgun ammo, from the .357 up to .500 S&W and everything in between. The Barnes XPB features various nose shapes, but one thing is standard across every bullet type the hollow point. This allows for maximum expansion on impact and phenomenal stopping power, no matter what youre shooting.

A Michigan Court of Claims Judge is gathering written arguments from both sides in a lawsuit over open carry guns at the polls and could hold an emergency hearing Tuesday afternoon.
The lawsuit was filed last week by gun rights attorneys challenging the ban that was imposed by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.
Benson says she worked with Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel on the legality of the ban and it is designed to prevent voter intimidation on election day. It states no one can open carry a gun within 100 feet of a polling location next Tuesday.

I think voter intimidation is an issue and some people feel there is intimidation factor is out there, said Robert Stevenson
That prompted Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to issue an administrative order banning the open carry of firearms within 100 feet of polling locations on Election Day.
Three gun rights groups are now suing Benson because of that directive. But Stevenson, the head of the Michigan Association of Police Chiefs says regardless, officers can't enforce her order because it's not based on law.

Every election season, we are bombarded with surveys and polls purporting to tell us what voters think and what their intentions are. The 2020 general election is no exception. However, after the 2016 presidential election where polls appeared to confirm the near-certainty of a Hillary Clinton win, who in fact went on to lose to Donald Trump, trust in the predictive power of polling has waned significantly. |

The law office of Wiley Rein caused a stir on the internet by releasing a client alert where they theorized the ATF might move to make AK pistols and AR pistols NFA items. Firearms are generally not importable under 18 USC 922(l). However, there is an exception for importable guns in 18 USC 925(d)(3), for any firearm that is (1) not an NFA firearm, (2) not a military surplus firearm, and (3) meets the sporting purposes test; however, ATF chooses to define that test? There is not a clear definition.
