FULL TEXT BELOW:
A gun was found inside a Nashville high school Wednesday afternoon.
The loaded .32 semi-automatic pistol was found in a student's coat pocket at Hunter�s Lane High School, police said.
The school resource officer found the gun after a student saw it and told a teacher, police said.
The pistol had a clip in it and the clip contained four rounds of ammunition. There was not a round in the chamber.
The 17-year-old student said he kept the gun after finding it Wednesday morning on his way to school, police said.
The teenager was charged in Juvenile Court. |

A seminar entitled "Intro to pistol league shooting" will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 21 at the Carmi trap range. The seminar is for any pistol shooters that might like to shoot in the Carmi Rifle Club's informal winter pistol league.
The practice session will be open to all 22-caliber long-range rim fire pistol shooters at any level, providing they have basic pistol safety knowledge.
"If you just wish to punch some holes in paper with your favorite .22 six-shooter, you will be welcome," said a spokesperson for the club.
Instruction will be available and range fees are $3 to shoot and $1 per target. Extra pistols will be available to borrow.
