... her ratings have dropped by 19 percent, and she has slipped behind Regis Philbin and Maury Povich into a tie for fifth with Montel Williams.
"The show is aging and it's losing steam," said Marc Berman, an analyst for Media Week Online....
Well, looks like the queen of mean will be losing the show finaly, but is starting a magazine. How many of us are responsible for the drop? heh heh Lets make sure we all write to her and let her know her shrill voice won't be missed! |

"More than 9,100 Coloradans have a license to pack heat, and two-thirds of the state's sheriffs don't want you to know who they are."
"Those sheriffs -- 41 of the 62 across the state -- relied on one interpretation of Colorado's public records laws to deny public access to the identities of those who have obtained permits to carry concealed weapons." ~~~ GOOD. Let people WONDER!!! |

"Most of them, would you believe it, wouldn't dream of having a gun in their houses. They refuse to sanction the notion that their police should routinely be armed. And three years ago, they meekly allowed -- nay, encouraged -- their Parliament to ban handguns."
"Last week, Charlton Heston decided to come here and tell these tea-sipping Brits just what a craven lot they are." ~~~ Interesting reading...about Cowardly Brits... |

"On the pastoral, 176-acre farm near Carnation she bought for a peaceful retirement, gunfire rings out regularly as hunters invade her land, cutting through barbed-wire fencing and tearing down "No hunting" and "No trespassing" signs.
"Last Monday, for the third time this month, someone cut a section of fence to gain entry to the farm. O'Hanley found empty shotgun shells on the ground."

"When the victim answered a knock on his door at 1:51 a.m., the attacker asked him, "What's going on?" and then shot him in the face."
Best to be armed when answering the door at that hour...and look first to see if it's someone you know. |

While the grinning Clinton family tour Hanoi, his comrade junior continues the Marxist tradition of being his own controlling legal authority, shredding the Constitution and military ballots in a gleeful, two-fisted, foaming-at-the-mouth, lawyerly charge to steal the election. At his Washington mansion veterans and other patriots gather to speak the truth and hurl feces at the outgoing veep's fan. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
To have no proud monarch driving over me with his gilt coaches; nor his host of excise-men and tax-gatherers insulting and robbing me; but to be my own master, my own prince and sovereign, gloriously preserving my national dignity, and pursuing my true happiness; planting my vineyards, and eating their luscious fruits; and sowing my fields, and reaping the golden grain: and seeing millions of brothers all around me, equally free and happy as myself. This, sir, is what I long for. -- General Francis Marion, American War of Independence, Georgetown, SC [Source: 'Marion, The Life of Gen. Francis Marion' by M. L. Weems, Ch.18] |
