There are dozens of protests scheduled nationwide
for this Saturday, November 11, at 1:00pm, calling
for the Republican Party to ignore the Constitution
and abide by the popular vote instead of the
Electoral College.
They don't seem to realize that we live in a REPUBLIC,
not a "democracy," and that three-fifths of the
states elected George W. Bush.
When the oath of office talks about domestic
enemies of the Constitution, these are the people
to whom it's referring. |

The National Education Association (NEA) has announced a national campaign to collect petition signatures in favor of more strict gun control. A local Sacramento group has started a national petition drive to counter the NEA. The Patriot Petition is now being circulated and all who value our Constitution are asked to sign opposing further national gun control measures. Copies of the petition are available to citizens who would like to sign and/or help circulate the petition. |

"AURORA - Gun sales out of homes are not a problem in Aurora, police and business leaders told a City Council committee, which this week killed a proposed ban on firearms sales in neighborhoods."
"Currently, 11 homes in Aurora are federally licensed to sell guns. Some suburbs, such as Arvada, prohibit such sales from homes."
"Aurora police officials told council members on Monday that they've never had a problem with any of the homes, and federal law seems to be enough regulation." |

TRENTON -- Republican Senate President Donald T. DiFrancesco wants New Jersey to take the lead again in the area of handgun control with a bill that would require sales of only personalized "smart guns" within three years after the first reliable one hits the market anywhere in the United States.
But the man expected to square off against him in the Republican gubernatorial primary next year, Assembly Speaker Jack Collins, is already squarely in the path of his childproof handgun bill. |

James Howard Ellenberger, 54, of Mount Pleasant Township, Pa., said he found a severed deer's head with a tag claiming Ku Klux Klan responsibility near his mailbox a few days ago.
Ellenberger said a note declared: ``We know where you are and we're watching you, Jim.'
