WHAT MOTIVES LURK BEHIND LEFT-WING POLITICS? Todays typical Leftist, for example, wants forcibly to confiscate every American mans .22 rifle and womans .25 caliber self-protection handgun. Such things, say the Nanny Statists, are intolerably dangerous.
But these same gun grabbers condemn any suggestion that the United States should snatch nuclear weapons potential out of the hands of terror regimes in North Korea, Iran, and Iraq. |

(Reuters) - Last week a United Airlines co-pilot thwarted a cockpit intruder by whacking him with an ax, but many pilots would rather arm themselves with guns.
--The main problem with Pilots carrying guns is that they are working stiffs like you and me! The next thing you know the average guy will want to be able to protect himself and his family when waling down the street or visiting a mall and then Constitutional rights will have to be allowed and that could lead to American freedom. |

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be the constant companion of your walks. Thomas Jefferson, Encyclopedia of T. Jefferson, 318, Foley, Ed., reissued 1967. |
