Washington state Governor Jay Inslee epitomizes trendy hypocrisy.
The hipster-friendly career politician with a wealth of incredulities and the mentality of an activist poser taking up numerous fabricated causes just to fit in under a deluge of radical ideology, is still exercising his emergency powers as Covid-19 cases wane. His egregious actions are a mere microcosm of deeper issues stemming from an aggressively unsustainable inane and idealistic political environment, where firearms and law enforcement are taboo, and criminals are enabled as public safety approaches a Mad Max cinematic violent world of anarchy and organized chaos. |

Relatively early in adolescence, I learned that the secret to productivity is to fit smaller tasks into my periods of downtime. Shooting is one of those activities that is chock full of these periods, no matter how hard it is to accept. Between ceasefires, barrel cooling and firing unnecessary rounds its a wonder as to how we get anything accomplished at all. I think of these times when a student tells me that they dont have time to handload, and it raises an eyebrow when I suggest that they just do it at the range. For centuries, we have done this with muzzleloaders.

If youve ever wanted to stir up a hornets nest, all you need to do is go onto any hunting forum and pose the question, Which is better, 270 or 243? Then just sit back and watch the fireworks like its the 4th of July.

We no longer use manual typewriters. Brakes on new vehicles are now powered. Television sets dont have tubes and a million other devices in common use at the time of our birth are forgotten. This is true in the world of firearms, just as it is in communications, merchandising and every other aspect of our lives. It is called progress, and it will never be stopped. If you narrow it down to just repeating handguns, you can quickly see the truth of this premise. |

While the worlds attention is focused on the horrific events unfolding in Eastern Europe, the Biden-Harris administration quietly unleashed hell on American gun dealers.
As the NRA first noted, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has started revoking licenses of gun dealers for the most minor of paperwork errors errors that never led to license revocations until Biden took office. |
