The weekend release of a summary of Robert Muellers report that there had been no evidence found to say the presidents campaign had conspired or coordinated with Russia to win in 2016. But thats not good enough for the diehards who refuse to acknowledge that Trump won and Hillary Rodham Clinton lost; that it was the Electoral College not the Kremlin that pulled the rug from under Hillary just when she was ready to prance into the Oval Office.

New Yorkers know that the beauty of our state is that it has something for everybody. There cant be anything more different than the teeming streets of Manhattan and the quiet solitude of the Adirondack woods. It seems our lawmakers forget sometimes that the many regions and lifestyles that make our state such an interesting and stimulating place to live need to be considered when drafting laws. A bill submitted in the state Assembly and Senate this year would ban hunting derbies and would penalize those who organize them with a fine or even incarceration. |
