The ingredients for the delicious and controversial gumbo recipe are the best part of another Twitter whining session from quasi-celebrity anti-firearm extremists, who pawn themselves off as entertainers.

-Start with a posting of a nice looking college coded posing in a Trump shirt and a gun in her waistband for a well-deserved graduation photo. (Makes me wish I was 20 years younger.)

-Add the obligatory and jealous social media attacks from talentless hacks against the young woman and with absolutely no consequences and a good summary of the stream of unconsciousness from Twitchy.

He allegedly shot Officer Sean Gannon and his K-9 partner when the officer was attempting to serve a warrant.

Surprise, surprise. Another gun control advocate has misconstrued a tragic event to drum up support for a ban on semi-automatic rifles like the AR-15. Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., either doesnt care about the facts or will use any tragedy to restrict the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens. Such was the case recently when Nelson used a gang-related retaliatory murder in Liberty City, Fla. to blame an assault weapon, even though the shooting was committed with a handgun.

The rifle I used was a Dakota Model 76 Traveler. This is a takedown version of Dakotas African grade rifle. The controlled-round-feed action runs smooth and fast. The rifle is sub-MOA accurate and the stock design helps to mitigate recoil for fast follow-up shots. If I were to set out to design the ultimate dangerous-game rifle, this is where I would end up. Its good looking, too! MSRP: $7,240; dakotaarms.com.
