Remember how Spielberg digitally "removed" the guns from the hands of the feds and replaced them with phones so as to not offend little Ms. Barrymore.

Turns out ET is flopping around the world like a bigtime fish in the bottom of the boat... and I do mean the bottom.

"David Thomas Kubowski was indicted in December on one count of having more than 380 firearms for sale without a federal firearms license, and one count of lying to agents of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms when questioned about the sales."

"At issue in the trial was whether his firearms were part of a personal collection or a business inventory."

Yes, that's illegal. But...

"In a statement made before sentencing, Pierre said his previous conviction may have made it illegal for him to have a firearm, but his wife did nothing wrong. 'Even though she is married to a prohibited person it does not take away my wife's Second Amendment right,' Pierre said. 'There was no intention to unlawfully use or possess a firearm.'"

Saf-T-Lok, the company that makes trigger locks for handguns has been accused in a shareholder lawsuit of artificially inflating the company's stock price.

In particular, the suit alleges that Saf-T-Lok told investors the company would market its products directly to retail customers, but neglected to mention that the company's marketing opportunity was limited because a catalog retailer had already obtained Saf T Lok's patented products at a discount and was selling at very low prices.
