Today, most of us are pretty familiar with revolvers chambered for cartridges normally reserved for semi-autos. Both S&W and Ruger now catalog a handful of revolvers in 9mm, which have garnered enthusiastic buyers due to the calibers affordability and availability. Long before that, S&W, Colt and Ruger all produced revolvers in .45 ACP.

During its heyday, the Glendale Shooting Club located near Robertsville, Missouri, was home to shotgun, silhouette, high-power rifle, handgun and Cowboy Action shooters. It hosted regular matches, including the Bauer Brothers Cup, and had around 400 active members.
Today, the clay shooting is long gone as are the matches, and the members only around 140 remain are writing personal checks to subsidize a convoluted and confusing legal fight that began 40 years ago. |

Politics, and now court rulings, it seems certainly make for strange bedfellows. In a move most conservatives and pro-gun organizations likely agree with, Bidens Justice Department will challenge a recent court decision affirming the Second Amendment rights of undocumented immigrants. This move escalates a complex debate that to many Americans on both sides of the gun issue defies logic, while spotlighting two cases that have the potential to reshape long-standing federal firearm regulations and even other aspects of immigration law.

QUOTES
TO REMEMBER |
As I have stood in the crosshairs of those who target Second Amendment freedoms, I've realized that firearms are not the only issue. No, it's much, much bigger than that. I've come to understand that a cultural war is raging across our land, in which, with Orwellian fervor, certain acceptable thoughts and speech are mandated. Charlton Heston |
