The .4� buckshot size doesn�t get as much use by shooters as it probably should. A very nice home-defense round, .4" buck is also a lot of fun to shoot on the range. Pumping a few rounds into various-sized targets is very satisfying with this ammo type because the power and penetration is just staggering. |

The Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) is hailing the U.S. Supreme Court�s 6-3 ruling that a semiautomatic rifle equipped with a bump stock is not a machinegun, and that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) exceeded its authority by issuing a rule that classified the device as a machinegun. The case is known as Garland v. Cargill. |

Sadly, several states do not properly respect their citizens� constitutionally guaranteed right to bear arms. Luckily, a few companies out there make unique designs for Eugene Stoner AR-style rifles that stay in compliance with unconstitutional state laws and allow folks a chance to exercise their Second Amendment rights. It can be problematic to compare the sentence one criminal defendant receives to another.
A judge has a wide variety of mitigating and aggravating factors to consider before passing sentence, such as the defendant�s criminal history, whether they�ve shown contrition and the facts of the crime itself. A prison term that may appear unfair to some may actually be well within the guidelines. |
