The 15-year-old county teen charged with stealing and stockpiling weapons in a makeshift fortress in his parents' back yard, pleaded guilty to several weapons and theft charges Tuesday to avoid being tried as an adult.
The weapons confiscated included an automatic 12-gauge shotgun, a single-shot shotgun and a double-barreled, 12-gauge shotgun that had been altered to become a sawed-off shotgun. Several rifles also were recovered, including a .22-caliber rifle, and two carbine rifles. |
