A Honolulu police officer who claims that his career was destroyed after he challenged police procedures took the witness stand to defend his lawsuit against the department.
Sgt. David Hernandez detailed several allegations against the department Thursday, the most serious of which was that HPD brass ordered him not to talk to state legislators, even as a private citizen. He argued that such an action constitutes a violation of his right to free speech. |

Follow-up report on Metaksa's "Part I" in which she provides additional history of UN's anti-gun agenda.
"In June, the UN General Assembly approved the Firearms Protocol of the UN Convention Against Transnational Crime...When 38 more countries sign on, it will become an international crime to transfer unauthorized firearms."
I'll be sure to sell a gun that day, to a neighbor or friend, because I can -- and because the UN has NO AUTHORITY over me and never will. |

"A man's false arm fell off as he used it to point a gun at bar staff who refused to give him a drink. He then picked up the arm and gun and tried to leave the bar in El Paso, Texas."
KABA NOTE: The report goes on to say that "A 47-year-old has been arrested for aggravated assault and assault," but it doesn't say if it was THIS man they are referring to. |

The court noted that Nevada law does not address the amount of force permissible to make an arrest, and called the case one of "first impression."

Embattled leaders in La Verkin on Wednesday renewed their stand against the United Nations. But not before running the anti-UN ordinance they passed July 4 by City Attorney Lowry Snow and making a few judicious changes.

"The gun runners, and all their knights-errant, dig in their heels as the body counts rise. They couch their arguments in the Constitution, in legal technicalities, in warped logic that insists that the more killing power we have, the safer we are."
~ The "article" goes on to say that the family wants an apology from someone for the death of their son. I think they should apologize to their son for not teaching him about gun safety and getting him killed.
