Having finally acknowledged that "It's the right of every law-abiding American to own guns," Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy dropped her support for a three-day waiting period on gun show purchases.
"We would be delighted to sit down with Rep. McCarthy and craft responsible legislation that prevents criminals from buying guns, while at the same time protects the privacy rights of law-abiding gun owners," said Alan Gottlieb, chairman of CCRKBA. |

Funded by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the study lends credence to advocacy groups who argue that tougher gun control cuts down on the supply of guns to criminals and forces them to rely on a black market of interstate trafficking from less heavily regulated states."

5 month Op spent $83,150 on 107 guns w/1,100 rounds of ammo. All were "bought by relatives and friends" of 5 arrested, accused of selling at a Bronx housing project (Smells like a setup to me, but I could be wrong)...
KABA NOTE: We do not believe any law prohibiting people from selling guns to other lawful people is constitutional. And though this article suggests that the people selling and/or buying the guns are horrible human beings, we do not trust the media to report accurately. It could be that these folks simply need to protect themselves in their own homes from the criminals who've been empowered by the gun bans. Therefore, in this case, the criminals are THE POLICE WHO STOLE THESE GUNS FROM THEIR RIGHTFUL OWNERS. |

Renee Rudenick, who carried a gun to school in her purse, was found not guilty after her boyfriend testified that he had put the gun in her purse without her knowledge.
Must be one of those "featherweight" models.
