"It was a Friday evening, and Cynthia Fain was off to do an errand. As she came out of her apartment complex in Gaithersburg, 'I saw a deer lying on the side of the road,' Cynthia says. 'I realized he had just been hit by a motorist.' "
"Cynthia approached the obviously dying animal 'to see what help I could offer.' Meanwhile, a security guard called Montgomery County police, and a crowd (including several children) began to gather."
"The man did his butchering in full view of several children, all ages 10 to 12, according to Cynthia."
"Cynthia says the children who saw the incident were extremely troubled by the man's behavior, and she 'walked away from the scene in tears.' "
"Let's not turn suburban Maryland into a place where savagery is condoned in the name of free meat."
IN OTHER WORDS...
It's OK for these kids to eat cows raised in factory farms -- many of which don't ever get to eat even one blade of grass in their whole short lives -- but for someone to take a more natural route in front of kids is "savage".
Take these kids to the local cow farm to see where their Big Mac comes from and see how many of them are crying. |

"Baltimore crashed through its goal of reducing this year's homicide toll to 175 -- recording three killings Tuesday night, including one of a juvenile."
"Mayor Martin O'Malley, who set the goal when he was running for office in 1999, said that he aims to substantially reduce homicides, even after failing to reach this year's target."
" 'We set very high expectations for the people of our city,' O'Malley said yesterday. 'We wanted it to be down to 175 by the end of this year. That's not going to happen. ... We would have hoped to stay within that or even less than that. It just reiterates the fact that there's just much more work that we need to do. We've got our work cut out, and there's no break to be taken in this process.' "
"The city had gone several days without any homicides, but three people were gunned down Tuesday night in separate incidents. One man was shot in the face; another was shot in the back of the head with a shotgun; and a 15-year-old was killed in a double shooting that left a 13-year-old wounded." |

The man showed up at the embassy on Wednesday while a memorial ceremony was going on inside the compound wearing a Hussein mask & army fatigues.
Because his outfit "was likely to cause annoyance among those attending the service," authorities asked the man to leave; he refused and was subsequently arrested on charges of causing a public nuisance.

"As a Houston Police Department supervisor with more than 25 years of experience serving the Houston community, I have been dismayed by the comments of citizens and critics in the media about HPD's handling of the so-called Kmart/Westheimer raid."
"If a person feels they have been arrested improperly, an independent judge and jury provide them an opportunity to state their case. It is not the role of the media or citizens to criticize the validity of an arrest."
WHAT ABOUT CRITICIZING THE VALIDITY OF ASSININE REMARKS MADE BY MINDLESS POLICE STATE APOLIGISTS?
That IS the role of the media, and it IS the role of concerned citizens -- this government employee is just too stupid to know it, probably because he's ignorant of the Constitution, and his loyalty to truly protecting the rights of the people went out the window some time before he made such an unintelligent remark. HPD has already gotten rid of some rotten apples; why they left this jackass in there to speak for them is indeed a mystery. |

Janet Reno's failed bid for the Florida governorship reveals exactly how ignorant a Democrat can be. Though her Alzheimer's disease may preclude her from knowing it, Mrs. Reno lost to her challenger in the Democrat primary by only a few thousand votes in a sea of 1.3 Million votes cast.
Fortunately, we didn't have to see her pass out on stage while muttering about whatever mass murderers (Waco) mutter about as they hit the floor.
Still, one thing is clear: 592,777 Florida Democrats will vote for someone who slaughters a score of little children and covers up investigations of the event -- and that should scare anyone who sees this Republic being democratized.
Maybe we can finally get her to move South to Cuba so she can go visit Elian Gonzalez to see how his childhood is shaping up. |
