Too often, "we" as "individuals" parrot the remarks of
others because of the "high sounding" idea of the law being supreme,
even when the law is inimical to the very concepts upon which our Constitution
was written.
For example: "Enforce the laws which already exist".i.e.,
"all 20,000+ of them!
The rational thought process we should engage in to reach an unambiguous
objective must include the examination of those laws already on the books which
seek to identify, apprehend, convict and punish individuals who initiate the use
of force to violate the inalienable individual right to life and property of
other human beings -- irrespective of the substance, instrument or methodology
used to do so.
We should then call for the immediate review and REPEAL of all VICTIMLESS
CRIME LAWS which do not meet the stated objective, which would probably result
in close to 20,000 victimless crime anti-gun-laws being repealed.
The only rational test you need to apply during the review of said 20,000+
victimless crime anti gun laws is:
1. Since the implementation of the law, has it resulted in the saving of a
single human life of record? (ASK FOR PROOF OF ANY CLAIM)!
2. Since the implementation of the law, has it been responsible for keeping a
single sociopath/psychopath from mugging, raping, robbing or murdering intended
victims? (ASK FOR PROOF OF ANY CLAIM)!
NOTE: Where the answer to both 1. and 2. above are clearly NO, then we have
established that it is not possible to legislate goodwill, good behavior or
freedom from criminal acts of aggression, and THAT all said victimless crime
anti gun laws should be immediately repealed.
NOTE: That only those laws which deal with the identification, apprehension,
conviction and punishment of criminal acts of violence against other human
beings are necessary to set a standard for what is acceptable and non-acceptable
in human relationships.
What constitutes a criminal act:
Any act of physical force which violates the individual inalienable right to
life and property of another human being, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SUBSTANCE,
INSTRUMENT or METHODOLOGY used to do so.
The right to life and property includes the moral right to use retaliatory
force (even to lethal limits) to maintain ones inalienable right to life and
property inviolate against criminal aggression.
Therefore, any act of "A Government Of The People" to make it
difficult or impossible for a human being to maintain their inalienable
individual rights to life and property inviolate against criminal aggressors..
at that moment in time becomes no better than the countries of indentured slaves
run by dictators and banana republic despots.
VICTIMLESS CRIME LAWS DELENDA EST!
Victimless crime laws feed lawyers.. they do not save human lives!
