Why vote for Bush?

I have been asking myself this question for quite some time now. It seems like a lot of people are very busy giving me the answer:
Gun rights groups want me to vote for Bush because he wants to enforce the laws that are already on the books.
Our home school group wants me to vote for Bush because he is not against home schooling.
Our local Christian radio station wants me to vote for Bush because he is against late term abortions.
Others want me to vote for Bush because he is promising to give us our tax money back.
Still others want me to vote for Bush because he is promising to privatize social security so that we can invest our own money in our own future.
While others want me to vote for Bush because he is promising to strengthen the military and not be the worlds
policemen.
While these things are admirable, they are not enough to get me to vote for Bush.
No, I am not a left wing, anti-Christian, anti-gun, anti-freedom, pro-bigger government, pro-more taxes extremist (in other words a Democrat).
I am a God-believing Christian, pro-2nd Amendment, pro-smaller government, pro-elimination of taxes patriot. However, DO NOT call me a republican. I left the republican party when they left their morals behind in order to gain more votes.
I was then faced with the dilemma of who should I vote for. Many of the same people who want me to vote for Bush, keep telling me that a vote for a 3rd party candidate is a waste of time and will certainly cause Bush to lose to the other guy.
I wrestled with this thought for some time and then when I prayed about it, the answer was provided to me. It was quite simple but revolutionary:
No matter who wins this election, GOD IS IN CONTROL!
What a relief it is to know that I do not have to vote for someone I dont believe
in just to save this country.
I now have the freedom to vote for a candidate that believes in:
The return to a constitutional government with all freedoms guaranteed within.
The total elimination of ALL abortions (not just late term).
The rights of parents to teach their children as they see fit without government intervention.
The reduction of government.
The elimination of the IRS with government funded by tariffs.
The elimination of all executive orders past, present and future.
The removal of the US from the UN and the UN from the US.
The return of our troops from foreign entanglements.
I did not write this to tell you who to vote for. I wrote this hoping that the reader come to the same realization that I did and that they vote their conscience and not be ashamed when they stand before God at judgement because they voted for the lesser of two evils (evil is still evil no matter the amount).
In Thee, O Lord, I have taken refuge; Let me never be ashamed. In Thy righteousness deliver me and rescue me; Incline Thy ear to me and save me.
Psalm 71:1
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed
II Timothy 2:15
